“Arrived promptly product was well packed found it really easy to assemble product has a feel of real quality it’s looks fantastic once assembled only time will tell how this product will hold up over time and seasons overall very pleased with product toying with idea of buying extra chairs and accessories I’m that impressed with the quality”

“All arrived as expected. Slight problem with one chair but was soon replaced with good customer care service. Very pleased with quality of furniture, parasol and cushions. It is just as the pictures show on the web site. Just waiting for some nice weather now so we can enjoy it all.”

“Facile à monter, et tout est très élégant. J'ai été agréablement surpris par le fait que les gouttes d'eau restant sur la table et les chaises après la pluie disparaissent peu de temps après sans laisser de trace… même pas besoin d'essuyer les meubles. En revanche, une petite remarque : les patins des pieds des tables et des chaises sont en plastique dur, ce qui fait beaucoup de bruit sur le carrelage. Peut-être faudrait-il réfléchir à les remplacer par des patins avec un plastique plus caoutchouteux. Nous avons eu un petit souci à la livraison, dû à DHL. Le colis avait été égaré à l'aéroport et le transporteur n'a pas été très efficace. En revanche, le service client de Lazy Susan est à l'écoute, disponible, et une solution a été très rapidement trouvée. Merci. Du coup, j'ai réalisé une deuxième commande pour compléter avec une table basse. Superbe.”
