“Great service with good delivery time. Only a small point that the instructions showed spring washers which were not included. I contacted customer services who advised they were no longer needed but if I wanted them they would post them out. I decided against using them but perhaps the instructions should be updated. Easy to assemble chairs and table.”

“Very happy with my purchase. The North Yorkshire winters made maintaining wooden patio furniture a bit like painting the Forth Bridge, so my new table and chairs are welcome. Easy to assemble, parasol is lovely and tilts as well. My only ever-so-slightly negative comment is that although the colour is 'antique bronze' it appears totally black, and although this is fine a bit more 'bronze' effect would be nice. Overall an absolutely star buy, it looks lovely on the patio and I'm very pleased with it.”

“Highly satisfied with speed of delivery and first class customer service after I sent photos showing damage to chair legs, seats, arm rests, back rests and missing table washers etc. Replacements were sent within two days, very happy customer who shall continue to purchase further items from you.”
