“La commande a été traitée d'une manière très efficace, notamment avec un appel téléphonique pour vérifier mes coordonnées. La livraison a été excellente elle aussi, arrivée à 11h le lendemain du jour où j'ai passé la commande. Je sais que ce n'est pas vraiment le meilleur moment de l'année pour acheter des meubles de jardin et les stocks sont donc bas, mais j'ai été plutôt déçue de voir que, alors que le site indiquait livraison rapide sur la plupart des articles, quand je suis arrivée à l'étape de validation je me suis rendu compte que plusieurs de mes articles avaient un délai d'attente assez long, 60 jours pour l'un d'entre eux. Ce serait bien que les délais soient indiqués plus tôt sur le site. Ce serait bien aussi que les problèmes avec les coordonnées de paiement soient indiqués au moment de la commande. Un petit point négatif - je n'aimais pas la petite étiquette collée sur le mobilier, surtout sur la table de jardin, heureusement elles s'enlèvent facilement. Un autre petit bémol - je n'ai pas pu attacher le dossier de la chaise avec les pieds déjà vissés. Le dossier devait être vissé en premier, mais je ne l'ai pas vu indiqué dans les instructions. La table de jardin est superbe devant notre maison. Je vous enverrai une photo si la pluie s'arrête bientôt de tomber dans le Devon !”

“The order was processed in a very efficient manner, including telephoning me to check on some details. The delivery was also excellent, arriving at about 11am on the day after I placed the order. I know this is an odd time of year to be buying outdoor furniture and so stock levels are naturally low, but I was rather disappointed to find that although the website indicated Fast Delivery on most items, when I got to the point of purchase I found that many items were on back order with long deliveries, 60 days in one case. It would help if the main catalogue page of the site showed this. It would also help if any problems with payment details were flagged up at the time of order. A minor point - I didn't like the little black labels stuck on the furniture, particularly on the table. Fortunately they came off ok. Another minor point - I couldn't attach the chair back with the legs in place. The backs had to go on first, but I didn't get this from the instructions. The table looks good in front of the house. I will send you a picture if the rain in Devon stops any time soon !!”

“The table and chairs were excellent, it took awhile to assemble on my own and I was pleasantly surprised that there were spare nuts and bolts supplied just in case. The delivery window given by TNT was not great and had to wait in all day (8am-6pm). Better information on delivery would be helpful and calling when 1 hour away would be fantastic, other companies do it. I would definitely recommend Lazy Susan and it's products.”

“Table et chaises de jardin excellentes, ça a mis un certain temps de tout assembler toute seule mais j'ai eu la bonne surprise de trouver des écrous et boulons supplémentaires fournis au cas où. La fenêtre de livraison donnée par TNT n'était pas super et j'ai dû attendre toute la journée (de 8h à 18h). Cela aurait été bien d'avoir une meilleure information sur la livraison voire d'être appelée 1 heure avant, ce serait fantastique, d'autres sociétés de transport le font. Je recommanderais sans aucun doute Lazy Susan et ses meubles de jardin.”

“De tuintafel en tuinstoelen waren uitstekend. Het koste de nodige tijd om het in mijn eentje in elkaar te zetten en ik was blij verrast dat er reserve moeren en bouten bijgesloten waren, voor het geval dat. De door TNT gegeven tijdsperiode voor levering (08:00 - 18:00) was niet geweldig en ik moest de hele dag thuisblijven. Betere informatie over de levering zou welkom zijn en ze op laten bellen wanneer ze 1 uur verwijderd zijn zou fantastisch zijn. Andere bedrijven doen het ook. Ik kan Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen en haar producten zeer zeker aanbevelen”
