“Problems receiving confirmation e mail, but was able to check online what was happening with my order. I asked for Friday delivery and goods arrived on the Friday. Delivery driver called to advise of delivery time and called to say he was running late even though it was only a 20 min delay, which I appreciated as too many times a delivery due in the morning has failed to arrive before tea time.Table and chairs were easy to assemble and good quality.We are very pleased with them and the service.”

“Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Lieferoptionen. Es fehlten Unterlegscheiben für den Zusammenbau, so dass wir losgehen mussten, um welche zu kaufen.”

“Very helpful staff especially regarding delivery flexibility and options. Spring washers were missing from hardware so had to buy from hardware store to finish assembly.”

“Ich würde Lazy Susan sehr gerne für ihren hervorragenden Service weiterempfehlen. Sie haben alle meine komplizierten Fragen beantwortet und mir vor und nach der Bestellung in jeder Hinsicht geholfen. Nachdem ich die Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, wurden der Gartentisch Catherine, die 6 Gartenstühle mit Kissen schnell am gewünschten Tag geliefert. Der Zusammenbau war einfach, aber wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit zwei der Muttern und Bolzen. Sie haben uns sofort die Ersatzteile zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir sind absolut begeistert von unserem Kauf und sind der Meinung, dass wir ein Set mit einem wirklich guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erhalten haben. Eine tolle Alternative zu unseren alten Gartenmöbeln aus Holz. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Größenauswahl für Ihre Gartentische - wir konnten die ideale Größe für den vorgesehenen Platz in unserem Garten auswählen.”

“Delivery was exceptional. Arrived in less than two days. Table assembly was relatively easy and the finished product was great. The green parasol fits in beautifully in a garden setting. We would have liked high backed seat cushions in green to match the parasol but these are not available.”
