“Hello, I phoned before placing the order and I found the two people i spoke to well informed and helpful (man and a woman) Furniture arrived as promised on Saturday 26th May which was important, i did not like having to pay extra for Saturday delivery I did think the furniture would be heavier but will wait to see how the quality is, generally pleased. “Hallo, ich hatte vor meiner Bestellaufgabe angerufen und mit zwei Menschen gesprochen, die sehr gut informiert und hilfsbereit waren (ein Mann und eine Frau). Die Gartenmöbel kamen wie versprochen am Samstag, den 26ten Mai an, was eichtig war,weil ich so nicht eine Gebühr für eine Samstagsbestellung zahlen musste. Ich hatt eigentlich gedacht, dass die Möbel schwerer sein würden und ich werde ihre Gebrauchstauglichkeit weiterhin beobachten, aber ich bin bislang sehr zufrieden. Ich mag den Schirm. Mit meinen derzeitigen erfahrungen kann ich euch, eure Website und eure Produkte gerne weiterempfehlen.”

“Ayant tout juste reçu ma table et 4 chaises de jardin Alice, je peux vous dire que nous en sommes absolument ravis. On a tendance à avoir des craintes quant à commander sur Internet mais nous n’aurions pas dû nous inquiéter parce que la qualité du produit, l’emballage et la communication étaient remarquables. Merci beaucoup.”
