“Live actors were great. Pre-show organization a mess. Light color confusing. Stewards not communicative enough. Delay. My VR was faulty at the last stop. Nice idea overall, but not perfectly executed. Also, using Tom Felton's image as selling point is kind of a trickery. The ad should inform patrons that he won't be live in the show.”
“Amazing concept and staging, but slightly lacking in execution. The actors were fantastic but unfortunately the VR was quite glitchy for multiple people within our group, to the extent where we had to change our headsets which somewhat dampened the experience. The audio also stopped working halfway though the final video (which was rather anticlimactic), and there were no staff members at the photo stand/shop for us to view or buy our photos or purchase any merchandise after the event. We still really enjoyed the event but felt that for the considerable amount we paid for our tickets the technology should have been working as intended. As we went in the first couple of weeks of opening hopefully these glitches will be ironed out for future participants so I'd still highly recommend the Gunpowder Plot Experience to others, but it just wasn't quite worth the hype for my partner and I.”
“Good fun! Our group of 4 really enjoyed it. There is a weird break in the middle which is a waste of time, but aside from that a really fun experience.”

But uou do need hot or even warm but running water in the toilets for hand washing is my only criticism. Bit concerned obviously as Covid is still out there as I did not even see hand sanitizer downstairs !!”
