“It was a very interesting experience with varied activities. It was really fun interacting with the actors and moving around in different rooms. The script relies on people who know the historical facts, so if people in your group are not aware, then it becomes less exciting.”
“I didn't know what to expect as I've never done a VR immersive experience before. This was an excellent show. The live actors were brilliant, and made you feel like you'd really gone back in time. The VR was also fantastic - the scenery was stunning and the zip wire was great fun. I've already booked my next immersive VR experience. It's such fun and the whole group gets to join in with the action.”
“A great way to learn about the Gunpowder Plot. Very informative and fun to get ‘involved’ in the ‘plot’. Highly recommend to others visiting or living in or near London. Especially if you are a history lover like me.”
“If you enjoyed the Jeff Wayne's musical version of the War of the Worlds Immersive Experience then Layered Realities latest project will be right up your street. See & experience London as you've never seen it before & also while you're at it can you infiltrate the conspirators circle & stop the Gunpowder Plot?”
“The start of the experience was very good and the 1st section was brilliant but the headsets of both my partner and myself did not work, so the last 10-15 minutes were lost and the crew did not help, so we felt this let the whole experience down for us, which was a shame otherwise I would have given a higher score”
“The overall experience was good, with the sets, acting and interaction a lot of fun. However, the start was late with the system for calling groups was confusing and not helpful for colour blind people. The technology was also suffering teething trouble. I had to get help using by the lockers, and the VR headsets had quite a few glitches.”
