Actors were extremely good and took you back in time. One of headsets didn’t work properly and also for my wife - so 1 star less.

Great idea, prop’s and actors. We were due on an 18:40 start but due to ‘something’ this ran a good half hour late which made us late for a dinner appointment and also prevented me complaining at the time that several of the VR headsets we used were badly buffering and thus missing great chunks of the story. This was particularly bad for the round-up session near the end, the final VR session, where this was so bad there was no way to follow what was being said or shown for myself and another of our party of 4, just glitchy stills and lots of “loading” or eggtimer type banners. Such a shame, it’s a great show and if the tech gets sorted well worth visiting, but for me it sadly failed.

An interesting experience that could have been done in less time. Too much standing about which is tiring. The boat VR session was the best and the last one the worst. The capes were difficult to keep on. The narrative was reasonably accurate but with artistic license. The sets were well made and did give a feeling of what it might have been like in the Tower of London at that time. Explaining how it was possible to get so much explosives into the cellars was interesting.

Great fun and I learnt things I hadn’t realised about the plot

This was a great and immersive experience. I felt it was suited for all ages as our children and the other adults and teenagers all enjoyed it very much. The one thing I would say is that there was an “overuse” of swear words. In saying this the actors involved and all the technology used were spot on and really, the whole experience, opened my eyes to a different viewpoint of Guy Fawkes and what occurred on 05/11
