“I don't normally use metal needles (other materials are more comfortable for my arthritic hands), but for the very fine, slightly hairy & loosely spun wool yarn I'm knitting with at the moment these are way better - far fewer split stitches, and the stitches glide off the needle. The only problem is that stitches slide a bit too easily and the first dozen or so keep escaping while I'm turning the work at the end of a row.”
