“This yarn was a second choice and has worked well. I ordered almond first and the colour was far removed from the photo, I expected a pale stone colour what I got was dark sand. As the photo is a big part of the description I hope they correct it, but laughing hens said patons had supplied the photo. The yarn was good to work with as a relative newcomer to crochet it didn't split easily and gave me an even tension. I set myself the task of completing one square a day a bit before breakfast more at lunchtime and finishing in the evening. This helped avoid thumb and wrist pain. I have knitting on the pins all the time, but this has been my largest most complex crochet project.”
