“Ordered 10 colours, dealing with Laughing Hens very easy, kept informed of progress, etc. For the wool itself 5 Stars. For delivery on time 5 stars. For packaging 1 Star and this is being generous. It was obvious some of the contents had fallen out and the parcel arrived secured with Post Office elastic bands, and the parcel itself then resembled a Teddy Bear. The packaging was not secured at either end. What went wrong with the despatch I have no idea.”
