If the length feels fine, you have the right size. If you can feel your toe is touching the front of the slipper, it is too small, you'll need to size up. Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the slippers you received, sheepskin slippers can feel slightly snug at first try but will eventually mould to the wearers foot, however if your toes are touching the end we would advise sizing up. We believe our slippers are priced fairly, and in some cases a bargain, compared to the rest of the luxury real sheepskin slipper market but we are always happy to discuss why you may feel this way. Our returns portal postage is set at a flat £2.50 for all items being returned, this is a subsidised service by ourselves, if you were to post the slippers back yourself via Royalmail you would pay £4.25 for the same service, were always trying to keep our costs down for our customers.
