“It is very difficult to write a review when you have not received the thing you are asked to review. It is even more difficult when you send an email to the email address listed for problems, pointing this out and it won't "send", despite being copied verbatim from the review invitation. Perhaps someone could also explain to me how I can "rate" the product in such a case - but without "rating", it will not "send" Catherine”
