“This is a great sized bag. It’s light weight so doesn’t pull on the shoulder, even when packed with my stuff. There are a nice range of pockets and the pattern on the outside is very elegant. I’m not keen on the shoulder strap. It looks like plastic and is very thin. I think it affects the overall look of the bag. If I could, I would get a different strap for it. Lakeland, do you have any alternatives?”
