“The Navy Hartsop Flapover Leather Cross Bodg Bag looks like a lovely petite handbag. However, I am disappointed with the condition I have received the bag. There are scuff/worn marks to the front of the bag where you would open the bag and a bit to the side of the bag, which I can visually see. The bag was purchased as gift for someone, but now I am looking to return it because I am not happy with the condition I have received it. If I had seen this same bag in a shop I would not have purchased it in this condition, so I want accept less buying it online. This is a hassle and has taken up my valuable time!”
