“Having ordered a 16 and it too big. I contacted Georgina at Lakeland to get a size 14. I informed her I would be returning the jacket via the Chester store that morning. On arriving at Chester I met Carol who had been waiting to see me as she had received my email that I had sent to Georgina and had a size 14 waiting for me. The jacket is lovely and a perfect fit. I must say the staff at Lakeland go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you to all.”
