“I agree with other customers with regard to the quality of the soft leather and colour of the Heron jacket. Unfortunately I had to return it as it had deep creases to both front panels and a crumpled cotton lining. Customer services were very understanding and offered me a replacement. However I had ordered another jacket (Graystone) which I decided to keep and I am very happy with the quality, design and fit of this jacket. Excellent company to deal with.”

“Beautifully made jacket, buttery soft leather! Glad l went up a size from 12 to 14, as due to it being slim fit, even this one would be snug with a thicker layer underneath!! Fantastic bargain in sale - treated myself for my b/day!!!! Yahoo!!!!”

“I had already bought a black leather biker type jacket from lakeland leather in a size 12 which was a perfect fit. I then bought the Heron slim fit jacket and it was recommended that I go up a size. The size guide is excellent and has worked really well for me on both occasions. I trusted the guide and went for the 14 and it is a great fit. I'm 5"4' and normally take a 10 or 12 in high street stores like M&S. The leather is buttery soft and the design has some nice detail with lightly padded shoulders with a little stud. The jacket arrived within 24 hours of my order which was amazing. There were some definite folds in the jacket and i contacted lakeland leather. They gave me advice on how to try to reduce the folds - massaging gently with clean warm hands. A great company to deal with.”
