“A few weeks ago I ordered an Ambleville leather jacket from next size 10 which I was absolutely over the moon with.I was so happy I searched for lakelands website and ordered another jacket Mari in tan size 10.Again the jacket was beautifully soft and stylish but sadly too big.I recieved fantastic customer service from Geogina who replied promptly to any emails I sent her.I had to return the jacket as a size 8 wasn't available.I recieved a refund in super quick time.I then ordered a red Levens in size 8 and 10 just to be on the safe side.The 8 was a little tight across the shoulders so I opted for the 10 which gave a bit of room for jumpers.The sleeves are a couple of inches too long but as I had a really good save of over £100 off I decided to keep it as its so nice and either turn the cuffs under or look into having them shortened.The Ambleville jacket sleeves were a perfect length so that is the only reason I have given 4 out of 5..but other than that the leather is so soft and supple and the colour is fab.Lakeland offer brilliant customer service and only 3 days after returning the size 8 I have recieved confirmation that my refund has been processed.A wonderful company to deal with and I'm sure il be making another purchase before Christmas as I'm now hooked on their leather jackets...2 will soon become 3.I was thinking about enquiring as to whether they do alterations”
