“Delighted with jacket but unfortunately too small - purchased on-line . Phoned nearby shop (Beverley) who were absolutely great re exchange process . Visited for next size already waiting for me but ended up liking another jacket even more ! A win / win situation as I was even more delighted with it albeit ended up with a more expensive one ! The staff were excellent as with my previous purchases . Excellent quality and customer care .”
