“overall the dress seems well made (upon initial inspection) however it's slightly shorter than anticipated, and there is *0* hem. I would let it down if there was one, but as is I need to make it shorter to make one, as the lack of hem (it's folded and serged RIGHT at the bottom) makes it hang and sit badly. If I wasn't international I'd return it, but I'll have to make the best of it...”
