“Easy to use with a very good safety feature that prevents collapse and trapped fingers and feet and gives user confidence in product. Good easy to use website with secure Paypal and quick delivery. I will certainly recommend and use again.”

“We've just moved into a very modern designed house with tall (floor to roof) ceilings and it's quite difficult to get into the vertical loft hatch. We bought the Youngman Telescopic Ladder because it allows us to access the awkward hatch easily, it's easy to store, it won't damage anything when carried through the house and because we especially like the dampened closing mechanism that prevents trapped fingers. The Youngman Telescopic Ladder has good reviews and chose to buy it from Ladderstore because it was competitively priced.”

“I am happy to confirm that purchasing and dealing with your company was easy, fast, friendly and efficient. I would recommend you in the future and am more than happy with the way the product was both described and illustrated and with your fast delivery times. I purchased this Youngman telescopic Ladder for my husband who is a double glazing surveyor for a company in Bracknell. he previously used the Little Giant Ladder system to reach high, difficult windows. Now he recently has a back operation and knew that the Little Giant would be too heavy and cumbersome to use for himself due him still technically recovering, as it weighs 150 kg. He has been back to work this week and is more than happy with the Youngman as it is light, and manoeuvrable, yet feels safe and sturdy.”

“We are a flat roofing company and a lot of the buildings we survey are single storey, eg classrooms and the like. So rather then putting an extending ladder on a roof rack our surveys can easily put one of your ladders in the boot of the car for their needs. The website was easy to use and the delivery arrived on time.”
