“Only problem I had was on adjusting the bottom stop. I could not access one side after doing all other installation due to design of loft roof space and location of my access. this resulted in marking it and dismantling it and then siting the bottom stop before re-assembly. Ladder does what I want for access to loft without having to go and get a ladder from outside and bring it into the house.”

“The black plastic end pieces tend to come out. Extra time needed to alter the loft cover and fit some draught tape.”

“For the price I paid for this ladder I wasn't expecting too much, but it turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises. The ladder is well made and easy to install, (Took me about 30 minutes to fit it in my loft) and nice and compact when folded in the loft. I very much doubt that it could be beaten on price and design. I am very pleased with it and give it full marks 10/10.”

“Great little ladder, we should have had one years ago. A little confused with the instructions to start with but after five minutes fathomed out what was needed to be put where and then it all fitted together nicely. Metal pole included makes it easy to unfold to get out and just pushes back up and folds away. If you are thinking of getting a loft ladder then this does the job fine, and a good price too.”
