“Looks much like any telescopic ladder but the soft close feature is totally fantastic. Makes it easier to close, quicker and most certainly safer. The ladder is heavy of necessity to be robust strong, comfortablee and safe to use. But it's easy to carry. The rigger feet and pads at the top make it stable and safe while protecting the surface it's resting on and used against. I highly recommened this ladder. It's certified safe to use too! Sorry no photo available.”
