“I broke the catch on the origional hatch, found same model on ladderstore web site, removed 8 screws fitted new unit replaced 8 screws job done. Heres to 13more years.”

“Having taken the time to carefully read all the instructions relating to the Loft Hatch, its installation was quite easy, even for an inexperienced pensioner. “I am very pleased with this product although it could be improved by a hard cover over the foam insulation as it is easily damaged by one's feet when climbing a loft ladder. Delivery and comunication was excellent.”

“Installed this alone, would have been easier with another person but easy enough. I put in the two middle screws to hold it in place, the pushed it firmly against the ceiling below each other screw before screwing them in. Makes a very good seal and excludes the draughts well. Highly recommended!”
