“Ordered a ten tread step ladder to put an end to death defying stunts atop a shorter combination ladder while decorating a room with high ceilings and windows. Clear information on the web site helped me to pick the right ladder (12 tread I was originally considering would have been too high to fit in the room), the price was competitive and the ladder arrived next day. The ladder seems well made and about as stable as you could probably expect for quite a high and narrow structure. I'm not 100% sure one of the rubber feet is going to escape the need for replacement in the near future, but otherwise it all seems okay. Light enough for one person to carry, but sturdy enough to not wobble too much. The side support struts help to inspire confidence while working at height and the platform at the top is good for holding a paint roller tray or other items. The ladder is also wider at the bottom than at the top for further stability.”
