About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“Jens it still hasn't arrived! I paid fpr next day delivery bit no sign 4 days later. This also happened at end of Nov. So I've had to buy replacement presents in the meantime. And I can't rate your products as they aren't here yet...”

“Never arrived. Had to follow it up and get a refund. It’s forcing me to give a star rating for the hot chocolate. But obviously I didn’t get it - so ignore that rating.”

Hi Deborah, thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear this. Please note our milk + white chocolate selection box is made for those that prefer sweeter chocolate and if you prefer a darker chocolate we would recommend the standard Hot Chocolate Selection box which includes our darker %s
