About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“As a diabetic I despaired of finding a sugar free hot chocolate. Well my prayers were answered! This is not only virtually sugar free. It also absolutely delicious. A depth of flavour I have never tasted before. Well done Knoops I shall be buying again for sure”

“A really good quality chocolate but ridiculously expensive. The recommendation is to use a lot more of the chocolate flakes to make a drink than any of their competitors. Someone from Knoops needs to try and open their fleek cardboard tube containers because they are very difficult to get the lids off. We'lit would be nice not to see the flakes in a plastic bag. The whole thing comes very over packaged and I'm sure costs could be cut and passed on to the customer. Taste wise the 100% is my favourite. It is certainly one of the better quality chocolate drinks on the market, but the pricing makes this a very expensive purchase especially when you order several different variants.”
