About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“Truly delicious. I remember the best hot chocolate I ever had, which was 20 years ago. Knoops are right up there with both flavour and silky consistency so I’m now a convert. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to experimenting with more Knoops products.”

“These are the BEST dark chocolate flakes I’ve tried and I have said this in previous reviews. There’s not a trace of that bitter aftertaste familiar with other brands. These are smooth and delicious and I’m an addict! Perfect for almost every day of the year. I have my fix early morning instead of coffee which I’ve sadly had to give up. Rock on KNOOPS!”

“Lovely! I'd run out of my supply of dark chocolate flakes and they were out of stock so looked around and remembered Chris Packham had tweeted about Knoops. Had a look and saw you do a great range of flakes so had to try, and it is lovely :) melts well and tastes nice and dark. Will have to try to visit a cafe soon too”
