About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“Hi I really enjoyed the white chocolate flakes - however I would love the opportunity to buy a refill (which I could add into my tub) rather than paying for the whole product again as I feel this would be more affordable and economical. The packaging is fun - but it’s huge and once the hot chocolate has finished (which mine has) I think I am slightly put off buying it again as I wonder if a good proportion of the price goes towards the packaging! Juliana”

“Yummy I'm not sure if I make it correctly tastes slightly different from store but I like it. A bit expensive for the amount you get. Nice, fun treat. I make iced chocolate using a drinks shaker.”

“I went into the Knoops cafe and had a 28% white mocha. It was the best mocha I have ever had. I own a coffee shop, so trying new drinks is always on my to do list. But no drink has made me rush to order the ingredients so quickly. I love Knoops and I will continue to try whatever they create.”
