About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

How was the delivery of your order? Good

“I really enjoyed the 28% white chocolate flakes. I first tried them in the hot chocolate section box and since they were so good i purchased them separately. I’m currently enjoying mixing them with the higher % dark chocolate flakes, since I like my cocoa a little sweeter.”

Sorry to hear that you weren't pleased with your flakes, perhaps a 34% Milk chocolate might be more to your taste?

“Taste is great but the flakes are too large for my Hotel Chocolate device and caused it to stop and I had to throw the mixture away and start again. This happened twice so not a fluke but it didn't happen with the first carton I bought so probably luck of the draw ( also had same issue with second lot of milk chocolate). I've had to bash them with a rolling pin!”
