About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“I bought as it was listed under the Great Taste recommendations but was disappointed with the flavour with the 1st bottle I opened. I requested refunds on 3 of the 4 unopened bottles but was refused. Regret my purchase. And unhappy with the customer service refusal also.”

Hi, thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you were disappointed with your flakes, all our chocolates are specially sourced to ensure a premium product. Unfortunately, we don't allow returns for perishable goods as this goes against our health and safety guidelines - more information can be found in our terms and conditions but will pass this feedback onto the team.

“Tastes quite nice would say would be the linit for me on the percentage scale, like i said a out the milk chocolate 34% you need to put a lot of flakes in to make a hot chocolate to make it taste nice, so max 5 portions i would say from the box”
