About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“haven't tried them yet but was really disappointed that the packaging was cardboard the parcel was left in the rain by royal mail and the packaging disintegrated glad the marshmallows were in plastic but would have apprenticed the product was wrapped better for delivery”

“I just spent £8 on 5 marshmallows. I have been questioning myself endlessly for this. I have spent £1.60 per single mallow. Surely these Marshmallows must be life changing? truly an experience that is singularly greater in a single mallow that that of most other confection? OK, not quite. But they are very good, about as good as a marshmallow can be in fact. Will you ever really come to terms with having spent £8 on 5 marshmallows? perhaps not. But you will have 5 extremely tasty marshmallows, and pro tip - cut them in half and then you've got 10, and 80p a mallow is practically a bargain I'd say.”

“Game changer! Popped one marshmallow in the mug before pouring the hot chocolate over it. Stir stir stir and the flavour is incredible.”
