About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“My daughter absolutely loves your products and was delighted to receive the gift set for her birthday. All of it went a real treat and it was not shared !!. The marshmallows were so big and fluffy- ideal for any type of hot chocolate. Not long until Christmas apparently.”

“Lovely hot chocolate as I know. My daughter is doing her finals at university so I sent as a gift. The only reason it isn't a 5 is the 5 marshmallows in a bag designed for 6. There should be 6 really, I think”

“Difficult to give an honest review of the product as I bought it as a gift for a friend and haven't tried it. However the delivery time was as expected, and when it arrived the hot chocolate and marshmallows were well packaged in a stylish black box. My friend was very happy to receive it.”
