About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

“It's convenient to use, but I find the lid doesn't always pop up after 10 seconds as it's supposed to.”

“Handy little shaker makes making hot chocolate a breeze. I'd love to have a bigger one to be able to have a large hot chocolate, but that's no complaint. Having the outset insulation ensures you can't burn your hand in the outside too. Does what it says on the tin.”

“Really quick and easy to use. Although getting the milk to 85degrees I recommend using the hob as you can’t get it exact in a microwave”

“The best way to make hot chocolate. So much simpler than having to make it in a pan on the hob. I would suggest that it could be made in two sizes. This one and a larger one as I find this size does not make quite enough for me.”
