About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

If you’re looking for other options we also offer: Dualit is our most compact maker, featuring a single speed that’s ideal for busy, smaller kitchens. It also has a non-stick interior, making it easy to wipe clean after use. Smeg can prepare up to two cups per serving and offers multiple settings to customize your chocolate drinks. The jug is removable for easy pouring and is also dishwasher-safe for added convenience.

“I bought it for my son who also love the 38% chocolate. He loves shaker, use it everyday and easy to use. It gives that froth on the top. After using it for a month, I noticed condensation between the cavity. Contacted customer service and a replacement is being sent.”

“I made a consious effort this year that if I'm going to have sweet treats I have the best quality I can find. Knoops is a guilt free no added chemicals indulgent treat perfect for when you need just a little bit more self nuture”
