About KNOOPS:

Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

We are experts in the craft of creating the perfect drinking chocolate - a process we call 'Knoopology'. The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated percentage menu, which offers a wide range of chocolates to suit all tastes. Our real chocolate flakes can be used with one of our hand-picked hot chocolate makers to create the unique Knoops experience at home.

How was the delivery of your order? Good

“I'm very sceptical about over-specialised kitchen gadgets, but this thing has been in daily use since we got it. Works brilliantly — fantastic mochas if you add a shot of espresso — and we get it to clean itself afterwards by "frothing" some tap water and a dash of washing-up liquid. Very impressed.”

“Bought from you after a recommendation, as a present for grandchildren who are great hot chocolate lovers. They love it and fortunately for their mother it is easy to clean and use. The only downside is the cost of the chocolate flakes!”

“Bought as a gift for my daughter - she loves it. Easy to use, good firm creamy foam and very quiet in use. She won't stop raving about it, and she is a fully trained barista maestro so I trust her judgement!”
