Jens Knoop has had a strong relationship with chocolate since his childhood in rural Germany. In 2013, he decided to share his passion and opened the first Knoops store in Rye, East Sussex. Today, our expertly crafted chocolate drinks and coffee can either be prepared by one of our Knoopologists in store, or created by our customers themselves at home.

“Whilst it was good value, I would be hard pressed to recommend this over the 1 tube pack simply because it is not possible on the 5/10 tube bundles to select the type of flakes wanted, whereas it is on the single tube bundle. As it happened I was happy to try a selection, but for others, they may have a very specific preference so I don’t think this would cater to them. If this were addressed on the shop, whereby someone could order a maker and select each of the 5/10 tubes they want, then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this but as it stands, I’m not sure who this bundle is for beyond someone who either has no preference, or doesn’t yet know what chocolate they enjoy.”

“Nice well-made machine . My only concern was that the machine base seemed to carry on when a large amount had finished mixing... but I believe this is a cooling down feature..not mentioned in the product's information”
