No good if you're also wearing a boot. Too much combined weight. Also very expensive for what it is.

as an amputee this can be a great way to avoid having to wear my limb if i have issues but also keep mobile and independent. i had an operation in october on my stump and this meant i could get about, cook/clean and look after the kids without the option of wearing my prosthetic leg. cant recommend highly enough

A great idea, I just have too many other issues to be able to use it.

Bought this to have hands free following an ankle replacement operation, which crutches would not give me. Assembly simple and straightforward. Adjustments to achieve optimal set-up difficult, have not got there yet after 4 days of use post-op and having to use walking stick in opposite hand for balance. Straps loosen during use. Summary - Hands free (well, one hand in my case) big benefit. Adjustments and straps not ideal.

The iWALK3.0 itself is a life-changing bit of kit: I wish I'd had it years ago! I have regular surgery on both ankles, and can't stand using traditional crutches. The iWALK3.0 makes such a difference if you're non-weight bearing on one leg: just being able to go up and down stairs not on your knees/bum, make your own cup of tea, go for a walk...basically just move around without having to take two metals sticks everywhere with you is such a game changer. Building the iWALK3.0 was made very easy by iWALK's videos and it was an absolute revelation to stand up on the thing for the first time. I had surgery 10 days later, by which time I was confident enough on the iWALK3.0 to manage to walk out of the hospital on it, instead of in a wheelchair or on crutches. It's a brilliant thing!
