“An absolute life saver for me. Thankfully I bought well in advance of my operation to get some practice in and just as well as I was rubbish using the crutches the hospital gave me after the operation. Managed life pretty much as normal with it but just at a slower pace. Highly recommend.”
“Very quick delivery and and helpful through the process.
My only suggestion might be to add a message to the parcel that the recipient may be slow answering the door. I only just got the front door open as the driver was disappearing down the drive with a cheery "I've left it behind the bins" 🤦♂️”
“Service very good, next day delivery by courier in price, spare parts available if required which is good to know. I bought in preparation for an ankle operation and have been practicing ready for the operation. I can do everything I need to as normal about the house and inside. Outside it's OK but the unevenness of the ground, even good footpaths means more care is needed but overall the iwalker3 is better than the alternatives I've seen.
I was glad I bought before operation to practice, I felt more confident and it gives my muscles time to adjust to it's use

“I found it difficult to imagine how I would cope following an ankle operation that would leave me non weight bearing for a couple of months. I ordered the iWalk3.0 early so I could put it together and practice moving around. It is easy enough to assemble with some really good videos showing you how to do it, as well as how to use it.
It is a very sturdy product easy enough to put on, although the rear strap requires you twist a bit (good for the waist). The straps are easy to get on and off, with easy adjustment when on.
It is very reassuring to wear, as when you are doing things that you may be a bit worried about you can really transfer your weight down through your knee and feel it provide strong and stable support. In fact I find myself standing with more weight through my bad leg than my good sometimes.
When I am in a rush to get somewhere I sometimes use crutches with the iWalk, as that is very very stable.
Unfortunately, my wife has seen me wearing it in the kitchen, so cooking is back on the agenda for me :-(
I cannot recommend this product enough”
“The iwalk is awesome even being a double amputee it’s giving me the freedom while I’m waiting for my prosthetic to be done enables me to get around rather than keep being stuck in the wheelchair , it does feel a little loose or wobbly sometimes but just adjust it up tight and it holds its place I can’t recommend this high enough awesome piece of kit , just believe in your self and your walk no matter how hard you might feel this false leg is excellent”
“After incurring a ruptured achilles and initially non weight bearing on my foot and confined to using crutches, i found it impossible to carry out normal activities until i purchased the i-walk knee crutch which was delivered the very next day. i am very satisfied with the purchase and customer care and within 20 minutes was able to walk with ease. I now have a vacoped boot fitted and am still using the i-walk as it helps to get up and down stairs. Would highly recommend UK Knee crutches limited. thank you Wayne”
“First, the delivery was super quick - from order to arrival was under 12hrs
Second, the device is amazing! I am moving about getting more confident each day and able to do so much more than on traditional crutches.
It's expensive, and I hope not to be using it for more than a couple of months, but it's worth it.
Reccommned!”
“A great idea. I'm preparing for an ankle operation, but it's sadly not suitable for me with balance and back problems. I have tried it, and would recommend anyone else to try it, because I think it would be great for most people, but I'm just not strong enough to trust myself with my balance issue.”
“I ordered an iWALK3.0 from UK Knee Crutches between Christmas and New Year, and even then it was delivered to me within about 3 days of ordering. Brilliant service!”
