“Actually i am being generous giving 1 star since i didnt even receive this order. I placed the order on 18/08, and i never received any notification saying "order dispatched" untill i realized i had an order and went to ask the customer service on 18/09-ish, got the reply as "dispatched, but the custom clearance is working delayed - and TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE". The customer service said they would like to REDISPATCH the same order for me in a week, and 1 week passed, i still have no idea what is going on and i dont have any new tracking number either.. gosh i just wanted a box of pencil..”
