“One star off, because I’ve tried reaching anyone on the phone to simply discuss prior to ordering ( not my first order btw) with a live person… The chain is good, the length isn’t and it’s too thick. I couldn’t find any info on thickness. Anyway, still your loyal customer, but would benefit from a phone communication before the next order. Thank you.”
