“I was very happy with the necklace, however, there was a problem in the shipping and handling. The necklace was not secured properly in the box and it came in, in the shape of a knot, which I had to take to a professional to unknot. However, They were kind enough to offer to pay for my inconvenience and that is something you never hear of. I would do more business with the company in the future!”
