“Very poor. The picture makes the owl look a lot bigger than it actually is. In reality it is so small you need a magnifying glass to see the detail. The whole pendant is the size of a pea, the chain as thin as cotton thread. For the price it is terrible value for money and I will not shop here again. I would not recommend this shop at all. It was supposed to be in the UK and I see now it is based in the United States, which probably explains why it took so long to arrive. There was also supposed to be a tracking number, which I never received. A very bad online shopping experience in an age when online shopping is the way forward”
