“I have received a full refund for this product. The frame itself was nice but the Rennie Mackintosh design was obviously not intended for this frame. The design was very worn so that you couldn’t make out what it was supposed to be and it appeared to have been added to the frame as an afterthought. However the customer service was excellent throughout.”
