“Order#KJB1010693 First of all I was surprised to receive the item in the mail with a 71.63CDN COD fee to pay, I believed the 25 pounds shipping cost would be the only cost. I have included a receipt for the Canada Post COD fee. Secondly we found the lock on the jewellery box very difficult to open and close. I do not know if it is made that way or is damaged some how. I have taken a picture of the lock of the jewellery box. THANK YOU ALISTER HOULT”
