“The print arrived with a blemish on the mount. I rang to report this and was asked to give proof by sending a photograph which I did. I was promised a replacement which did not arrive. I had to ring again to chase this up. I have now had the replacement. Altogether not the most satisfactory process as the print was a gift and the deadline for giving was missed.
Perhaps a voucher for a complimentary print would have been appropriate rather than just an offer of refunding the postage to return the blemished print.”
