“Quite disappointed with the quality of the print. It was also slightly off-centre and skewed. With a limited edition print I would expect to see the artist's signature added. It is a pity as the scene was exactly what I wanted. I have bought several prints from you before and this is the first time that I have not been satisfied. This gave me the confidence to buy this as a present but I am not sure now!”
