“The colours of the art print were not as vivid as depicted online and also the frame was slightly damaged. McGaw and King Customer Service were superb to deal with. They offered to collect the very large print and make the repair to the frame. After consideration, we decided to returned the print and had a full refund. The return process was easy and the art was quickly collected by the delivery service. I would not hesitate to order from King and McGaw again.”
