“Print was expected from website picture. It was well packed and arrived undamaged. The only problem was the use of UPS as the courier. No attempt to deliver to my address but dropped at a remote shop. I detailed all of this to King and McGraw who refunded the delivery costs. Looking at reviews of UPS it appears they have a bad reputation worldwide with one star given by 87% of recipients.”
