“Lovely print, nicely framed, which looks perfect vin my kitchen. Unfortunately it was delivered in the wrong colour frame (black not the grey I requested) and with the picture hook missing (this was promptly sent out first class post the next day) . I would have returned the picture to be be reframed in the correct colour but I couldn’t be bothered with all the hassle. I informed customer service of the error .”
